Shipping

We use fully insured, UPS Ground Shipping on most domestic orders. Orders shipped to PO Boxes, sale items and items sent to Military APO/FPO/AAO/AEO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Allow 1-2 business days for orders shipped within the state of Texas and 3-6 business days for all other domestic orders. Please let us know at the time you place your order if you'd like your package delivered faster (i.e. overnight, 2nd day air) or via other carriers (i.e. US Postal Service or Federal Express).

International orders are shipped via USPS Express International. Transit time to International destinations varies by location and depends heavily on the amount of time it takes for the package to clear customs. We recommend that you allow at least 5-7 business days for delivery of your order.

We will notify you if you item is back ordered or requires extra time. We will also provide you with a tracking number via e-mail after your order ships.

Packaging

Our pieces arrive in a complimentary cardboard gift box. Artisan bracelets, necklaces and chaplets also include a velvet drawstring bag. As of April 2013, wire wrapped rosaries and rosaries priced at $300 and over arrive in a complimentary velvet gift box.

We provide a complimentary anti-tarnish pouch with every five-decade rosary. We believe the beauty of your new rosary should last a lifetime. This is why we encourage you to care for your new prayer beads. To maintain the look of your new rosary, we suggest that you wipe your rosary beads down with a soft cloth and store them in the anti-tarnish pouch between uses.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Some stones are delicate, including amber, coral, freshwater pearls, malachite, mother-of-pearl, opals, seraphinite, apatite, and unstabilized turquoise. Do not expose to ammonia, hot solutions, ultrasonic cleaners or abrasives.
