1.
When
will I receive my order?
Most
items leave our store within 48 hours after the order is placed. We
recommend that you allow 1-6 business days transit time for orders shipped within the US and a
minimum of 5-7 business days for International orders. Please let us know at the time you place
your order if you'd like your package delivered faster (i.e. overnight, 2nd day
air) or via other carriers (i.e. US Postal Service or Federal Express).
Wire
wrapped designs and custom orders require more time since they are generally created after you order them.
We recommend that you allow at least 2-4 weeks for receipt of your wire
wrapped item.
We will
notify you if you item is back ordered or requires extra time. We will also provide you with a tracking
number via e-mail after your order ships.

Can
I substitute a different crucifix/center for the one pictured?
Most
designs can be customized to suit
your needs. If you would like us to alter one of our current designs or
re-create a discontinued design, please contact us so that we can discuss
pricing and availability. Please note that most custom designs require extra time.
We
do not accept returns on custom designs.
3.
Are you rosaries meant to be worn?
We
consider each rosary to be a piece of practical art, however, our rosaries
are not specifically designed to be worn as necklaces. All wire wrapped
designs may be worn as a necklace. Beaded designs with the notation, "This
rosary may be worn as a necklace" may also be placed over the
head.
If
you would like to use a particular design as a necklace, please contact us
and we will be happy to modify the design for you.
4.
What
kind of stones/metals do you work with?
Our designs incorporate real and man
made gemstones,
crystals, precious metals and glass beads. We also work with lead-free
metals and alloys such as copper, bronze and lead-free brass.
If
would like to incorporate a particular stone or metal in your custom design,
please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
5.
Do
you make your products in store?
All
rosaries, chaplets and handcrafted jewelry items are created in our
store. We also offer a variety of hand engraved religious medals as
well as antique replica pieces and rosary boxes that we have acquired from
other artists and manufacturers.
6.
I'm looking for an item that I don't see pictured on your website. Do you
have a catalog?
Many
of our pieces are not pictured on the website. We do not offer a catalog at
this time, however, do to the fact that our inventory is constantly
changing. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate
you.
7.
Are your beaded rosaries strong?
Our
beaded rosaries are strung using professional grade, nylon coated multi strand stainless steel
cable, or flex wire, with a test strength of 26 pounds.
One
customer left his beaded rosary on top of the car when he pulled out of the
driveway. His rosary ended up in the middle of a busy intersection. When he
found the rosary, the steel cable was still intact. Some of the beads had
broken and the crucifix and center were bent but the steel cable that held
the rosary together had not broken.

Do
you offer discounts?
We
periodically offer discounts and/or free shipping. We also have a sale
section. You can stay up to date with our sales and events by joining our mailing
list.
9.
Which
countries do you ship to?
We
currently ship to North America, the Pacific Islands, the United Kingdom,
Europe and Asia. Orders from international customers are accepted with some restrictions. Please
contact us if you would like to place an international order.
10.
